Account details you provide (name, email, password hash), profile information you choose to add (skills, bio, portfolio items), job postings and proposals, messages sent through the platform, and cryptocurrency transaction references submitted for deposit/withdrawal review.
We never ask for private keys or wallet seed phrases. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
To operate the marketplace (matching jobs, processing escrow, showing your profile to other users), to communicate service updates, and to review deposits/withdrawals for fraud and abuse prevention.
Other users see the profile information you make public (name, skills, ratings, portfolio). We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or to investigate fraud.
Account and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
You can edit or remove most profile information from your account settings. To request full account deletion, contact support.
