PipAlgo Freelance is a marketplace that connects clients with independent developers for MT4/MT5 Expert Advisor and indicator work. We provide the platform, escrow tooling, and dispute process — we are not a party to the work agreed between a client and a developer, and we are not a bank, broker, or licensed money transmitter.
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts found to be fraudulent, used for money laundering, or used to circumvent platform fees may be suspended without refund of platform fees already incurred.
All deposits, escrow holds, and withdrawals on PipAlgo Freelance are handled exclusively in cryptocurrency. Funds a client commits to a job are held in escrow and released to the developer once the client marks the work complete, or per the outcome of a dispute. A platform fee is deducted from escrow on release; the current rate is shown at checkout.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network. PipAlgo Freelance cannot reverse, recover, or refund a transaction sent to an incorrect address.
If a client and developer cannot agree on whether work meets the job requirements, either party may open a dispute. PipAlgo staff will review submitted evidence and make a binding decision on how escrowed funds are released.
You may not use the platform to launder funds, evade sanctions, post jobs requesting illegal software (e.g. account hacking tools, unauthorized data scraping of brokers), or misrepresent EA/indicator performance with fabricated backtest results.
PipAlgo Freelance is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, EA/indicator performance, or third-party broker actions. Our liability for platform errors is limited to platform fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
